Renommé is a managed reputation-operations service operated by a Dubai mainland company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET/DED). References to "Renommé", "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity. Our registered trading address is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Scope

These terms apply to your use of renomme.co (the "website") and, together with a signed Master Services Agreement and Order Form, to the managed reputation-operations services we provide to client businesses ("Services"). If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement takes precedence.

3. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems;
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages or malicious code;
• Reproduce, copy or redistribute any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.

4. Services — overview

Renommé provides a Google-first managed reputation-operations service for authorised hospitality businesses. In summary:

• We monitor Google Business Profile reviews for client-authorised locations;
• We classify, assess and draft proposed responses using AI-assisted workflows and the client's approved brand voice;
• Every response is reviewed and explicitly approved by a named human client approver before publication — we do not publish autonomously;
• We produce a weekly Action Register identifying recurring themes and recommended actions;
• We maintain versioned approval and publication records.

The specific scope, locations, pricing and terms of each client engagement are set out in a signed Master Services Agreement and Order Form. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or guarantee of services.

5. AI-assisted operations — disclosure

A substantial part of Renommé's operational workflow — including review classification, risk assessment and response drafting — is performed by an autonomous AI agent. All output is subject to human review and named client approval before publication. Client data is not used to train third-party AI models.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Any improvement in Google ratings, rankings, review volume or search-engine position;
• The removal of any review — Google alone decides moderation and removal;
• Specific response turnaround times where client approval, platform availability or high-risk escalation is involved;
• Bookings, revenue, footfall or any commercial outcome;
• Uninterrupted access to Google Business Profile APIs or platforms.

We are not endorsed by, affiliated with or an official partner of Google unless formal programme status has been obtained and evidenced.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, the Renommé name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Renommé. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites for reference. We do not endorse, control or accept responsibility for their content, privacy practices or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Renommé's liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to direct loss and excludes indirect, consequential or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
